To walk with architect Ted Pappas and his son Mark through one of his favorite residential designs is a momentous experience. It recalls Ted’s earlier Resurrection Catholic Church, but also Frank Lloyd Wright. It moves. It’s shaped like a compass in motion. And it looks through a two story prow window out onto the St. Johns River.
