Driving to work he hears on the car radio that there’s been an accident and a car is on fire on Baymeadows Circle East at Baymeadows Circle West. The location given causes him to picture a lemniscate, the infinity symbol, the sideways 8, and for that instant it seems that all things have come together and the world is perfect.
