“Yard Watch. The Board has been busy making list of yards that is clearly in violation of Article 5, section 5.7 of our covenants. Violation letters will be going out within the next few days. We have also put a list of yards together that needs to be watched too. If these yards are not dealt with in a timely manner, those folks will be receiving a letter of violation too. So come on and get those yards into shape; as the Value Appeal Memo stated that is our focus for this year. You do not want to receive a violation letter. FYI: It’s time to fertilize your lawn.”
